Children's Grief Awareness - Nov 15,2012

Thursday, November 15, 2012 is Childrens Grief Awareness Day. The focus of the day is on bringing to mind the children all around us who have experienced the death of a loved one. Following the death of a beloved Dad and a Grandpa, Serena and Aubriesha attended the Good Grief Day Camp in the healing gardens of St. Josephs Hospice of London. The camp facilitated by Denise ONeill, unites bereaved children ages 6yrs. - 12 yrs. The girls share their personal stories and speak about the creative activities designed to reconcile the complicated feelings associated with grief.
